Jada's 1st Children's Album is AVAILABLE!!!

This is Jada's first children's album, Healthy Feelings

HEALTHY FEELINGS

Each song on the album will focus on a different feeling, and have a different genre of music.

1) Healthy Feelings - the title track!  A groovy rock song about how all of our feelings are healthy.

2) No Sharks - my first metal song about being angry when you are disappointed, like when there are NO SHARKS!  Featuring a gnarly solo by my little brother, Cody Puls!

3) Something Scary - a punk song that touches on 3 scary scenarios: when you are startled, when you try something new, and when you see something scary.

4) Meanie Blues - a blues song that brings up the Yuck Bug and what you can do if you get the blues when people are mean to you.  This song features Stan Leavens on the harmonica and Sam Cameron on lead guitar.

5) I'm Not Having Any Fun - is a folk song filled with harmony by Agathe Breton-Plouffe and Kate Polle.  Ryan Russ plays lead guitar on this track.  This is about feeling frustrated when we have to do something we don't want to do.

6) Thank You Feelings - a rock song that gives THANKS to feeling sad, scared and angry - and how those feelings are looking out for us.

7) I'm Comin' For Ya' - this hip hop song highlights ways that kids can be a little mischievous.  It can be a 'chase me' song with fun dancing in the middle!

8) Meditation Song - is a folk song that takes listeners, young and old, through a 5 minute meditation - focusing on your breath and the things around you as you embrace feeling calm.

9) It's Time To Go To Bed - this song is a crooner of a lullaby for when little ones are feeling sleepy.

10) It's Just a Love Song - a heart warming country song about a parent's love for their children.
